"The Creative New You"
Have you noticed success comes easily for some people and some people strive daily just to make ends meet?
Sometimes it seems for months at a time and accomplish very little.
Do you find yourself in that majority group of people, who feels like you are struggling everyday?
To accomplish success, or to begin to feel good about yourself, there are a few ideas listed below.
From time to time try doing something different then your daily routine, or your "comfort zone."
You might learn to like and enjoy some great things that may happen with your "discomfort zone."
Making a mistake will most assuredly happen while your in your discomfort zone. But, remember a wise man once said, "If, you have not made mistakes, well then you have not made anything." Learn from your mistakes. Experience becomes knowledge of "Great Value."
When, you become aware of any and all negative thoughts that may break into your positive thinking, "STOP" at that moment and "Challenge" those thoughts.
Think to yourself and ask, "Are they really true?" And, "If So", What evidence proves the negativity? Ask yourself if you are being way to hard on yourself?
Start to turn things around at that moment and start looking at the bright side of things in a positive manner. Begin thinking positively. Then things start to seem different. Depends on where your Bias is at that moment.
Take some time and read something good and uplifting. When you start something, make sure you finish what you started. Following through is a commitment you owe yourself and others.
The present time or moment is the main thing you need to stay focused on at all times.
At times when you drift into thinking of the past, you begin to stop living now in the present.
Begin to hold in your heart and mind what is important to you in life.
Family, Money, Love, Sharing your life with others! Ask yourself, "What is it that I Love to do?" And, "What will begin to lift my spirits in a positive way?"
Begin to tell yourself, and come to realize that setbacks and knock-downs are just part of everyday life. They just happen!
Keep this thought in mind, "IF Life was brilliant at All times, We would begin to take Life for Granted. And, We would not appreciate life at all."
End each day completed and satisfied with your accomplishments, then be done with it!
Let that day go and in the morning you face a new beginning. You have made every effort to accomplish your task one by one. When the sun rises on a new day begin it well and serenely with high spirit.
